Firm Fitness Commitment
Before I became consistent with training and going on and off diets, I really struggled with my weight and also with constant exhaustion. It was weird because I was good at the occasional marathon and long-distance cycling.
One day after being diagnosed with GERD, I knew if I didn’t make a change soon, this would lead to further complications like the onset of asthma or even cancer. I decided not to go on a diet but clean up my eating altogether and get consistent with exercise.
Over 10 Kg lighter and healthier, I look and feel better and welcome you to walk this journey with me. I will guide you on your diet and fitness journey and motivate you to be consistent at it.
